The General Maintenance Team Member works day to day carrying out maintenance and caretaker duties to uphold the highest standards as part of Bruntwood’s service to their clients.

• Maintain high standards of presentation around the entrance and surrounding grounds and all common parts including showers, lifts, toilets, and corridors.
• Manage contractors and their compliance processes.
• Open and lock up buildings where required.
• Ensure vacant suite checks are performed and suites are maintained to a _ standard.
• Perform PPMs including fire testing, water temperature checks, and emergency lighting.
• Ensure the effectiveness of all plant, equipment, and fabric to deliver the required customer service and operational standards.
• Complete regular building standard checks and inspections.
• Monitor and complete jobs.
• Positive intervention—health and safety immediate concerns (training provided).

• Can‑do attitude, enthusiastic and flexible, adapting to a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working predominantly independently and as part of a team.
• Training will be provided; any experience in maintenance is beneficial.
