Maintenance Assistant - Didsbury

The Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a hands‑on role where you will play a key part in ensuring our hotel and leisure club facilities are safe, well maintained and operating efficiently, providing an exceptional environment for both guests and employees. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. The role will involve a mix of reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance, working closely with all departments to minimise disruption to guests. You will also:

• Support property audits and compliance checks
• Record benchmarking data such as meter readings
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with monitoring stock levels
• Uphold health & safety standards at all times

This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week), worked across 5 shifts over 7 days. You will be required to work one to two weekends per month. Due to the nature of the business, some overnight and on‑call work may occasionally be required.
