Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules, costs and order confirmations.
  • Identify and report supply issues or discrepancies for resolution.
  • Help prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Support internal departments with supply-related inquiries and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counting processes.
  • Update and maintain ERP systems with current supply chain data.

You should have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role (internship or 1–2 years preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you have:

  • Knowledge of supply chain or logistics principles.
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite.
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes.
  • A passion for/experience in Themed Entertainment, Cruise/Hospitality and Immersive Experiences.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • A chance to be part of a forward-thinking team making a real difference.
