• Conduct performance reviews and ensure adherence to the company's code of conduct.

• Facilitate effective communication and relationship-building, even in challenging situations.

You

To be successful in the role of Supply Chain Manager, you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in supply chain management or related field.

• Strong relationship-building skills, capable of handling complex conversations.

• Familiarity with performance management practices and supplier onboarding.
