Key PurposeResponsible for deploying, sustaining & improving divisional standardised processes in Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning for the Regional Business. Ensure market‑leading service is delivered to customers from regional locations. Work with Commercial, Operational and Financial leaders to support Vision, Strategy, Business Performance and Organisational Capability in the region. Results driven with continuous improvement mindset; demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive sustainable improvements across demand, supply & inventory management disciplines.
Align initiatives and day‑to‑day planning activity with regional strategy and ensure processes follow standardised best practices established in the division.
- Guarantee safety and wellbeing of team & colleagues. Zero‑tolerance attitude towards Health and Safety breaches and continuously evolve team culture to improve safety.
- Lead and facilitate Integrated Planning Processes in Supply Planning ensuring demand & supply scenarios are fully understood.
- Lead Regional IBP process and facilitate supply gap closing in the region. Describe and communicate gap‑closing actions; assess impacts of gap (Margin Loss, Costs to Close Gap, Timings) and ensure escalated.
- Lead supply gap closing with external outsourced manufacturing when required in line with the Group Outsourcing Playbook.
- Ensure finished goods stock levels are optimal to provide required service level regardless of source plant.
- Ensure clear communication with group logistics, articulate regional requirements on storage capacity and opportunities for productivity improvement.
- Analyse demand forecasts from commercial teams and translate to consistent and accurate supply plans.
- Work with production units to optimise & balance production schedules to deliver best service at lowest cost.
- Ensure component and raw materials are available at sites to efficiently produce required goods.
- Ensure plants accurately reflect their demonstrated capability and improvement ambitions in the monthly IBP process and capacity update.
- Fully support NPD and product launch initiatives as required by the business. Lead & manage product life cycles to ensure efficient ramp‑up and run‑out of inventory in line with customer needs.
- Lead operations and commercial teams to minimise inventory obsolescence risks and costs. Responsible for SLOB Management Process in region.
- Responsible for accurate & timely stock monitoring of WIP, inventory‑managed materials, ensuring regular coordination with Production, Logistics, Finance. Ensure at least 98% Stock Accuracy.
- Develop & agree supply chain performance targets for the forthcoming financial year and conduct periodic reviews to assess progress vs KPIs.
- Drive a Continuous Improvement culture across all facets of supply chain through relevant CI manufacturing tools and techniques.
- Organise Supply Chain team resources to ensure highest level of service to external & internal customers in accordance with divisional objectives.
- Encourage & empower team members to take accountability.
- Customer Service Level (CSL > 98%, OTIF)
- Inbound supplier service level in partnership with procurement.
- Production schedule stability; RM&P materials availability 100%.
- In‑stock performance across distribution network.
- Inventory optimisation & accuracy, conformance to plan.
- SLOB Management & Inventory Provision – minimise obsolescence risks.
- PDR Completion for all WC reports – 100%.

- Engagement of SC Team / Regional Business Team.

- Proven Supply Chain Leader with +5 years’ experience within an FMCG environment.
