Our Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship is delivered in partnership with BPP University
, a trusted organisation with over 40 years’ experience in developing legal professionals. The two‑year programme prepares you for a rewarding career as a Paralegal, supporting our industry‑leading legal teams.

As an Apprentice Paralegal at HF, you’ll support our legal teams with real casework from day one. You’ll help prepare documents, manage files, speak with clients and third parties, and carry out administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly. As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility - from supporting solicitors on case management to handling your own files and drafting legal documents.

By the end of the programme, you’ll be a fully qualified Paralegal with the skills, experience, and confidence to build a long‑term legal career at HF.

To be eligible to apply for the Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship, you must meet the following entry requirements:

• A‑Levels:
  Three A‑Levels at grades A–C (or equivalent qualifications).
• GCSEs:
  At least five GCSEs at grades 9–4 (A–C), including English and Mathematics.

We welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate:

• A genuine interest in building a career in one of our legal departments and progressing towards becoming a Solicitor.
• Initiative and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills.

Due to apprenticeship provider requirements, we cannot accept applications from candidates who already hold a degree.
