Interim Debt Recovery Solicitor - In House

New opportunity for an experience Debt Recovery Solicitor to join a services business in Manchester. The client has a National and European footprint, and is currently undertaking changes to their Legal function

This is an initial 6 month contract opportunity to assess the working impact of recent recent changes in law in relation to Litigation. You'll work closely with the existing Legal team and the wider business to provide expertise in a

• Day-to-day conduct and supervision of a high-volume litigation and enforcement caseload
• Oversight of debt recovery team ensuring efficient and compliant case progression
• Ensuring compliance with post-Mazur regulatory and procedural requirements
• Reviewing and improving litigation processes where appropriate

To be considered, you'll be either a Practising Solicitor, or CILEx qualified with Litigation rights. Ideally you'll have a minimum of 4 years experience in Debt Recovery or a Bulk Litigation environment.
