Housing Disrepair Solicitor - Greater Manchester

Salary: From £45,000 DOEExperience: 4 PQE (All PQE considered)Working Pattern: Office based, Mon - Fri (9am-5pm)Probation: 6 months (flexi working available post probation between 7am - 7pm)

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, we are seeking a confident and motivated Housing Disrepair / Litigation Solicitor to join a successful and supportive team within Greater Manchester (Whitefield). This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a growing department where you'll play a key role in strengthening an already high-performing HDR function.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor - Around 4 PQE is preferred (NQ considered)
• Experience with in Housing Disrepair and/or general litigation
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
• Experience with CMS (Proclaim) is desirable

Working Arrangements

• Preferred core hours: 9am-5pm
• Full office-based role with flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm (after probation completion)
