This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience to further their career in a supportive and professional environment.The RoleAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will provide hands-on support across a broad range of residential property transactions, ensuring efficient progression of matters and high-quality client service.Key

responsibilities include:

• Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers, and related residential property matters
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, forms, and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to progress transactions
• Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
• Supporting fee earners with due diligence, enquiries, and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and relevant legislation
• Managing client communications professionally and promptly

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within residential conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and related documentation
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident and professional communicator
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive and able to manage workload efficiently
