Overview
Service care solutions are currently working with a law firm who have offices across the country and are considered one of the largest regional legal service businesses in the UK
.
They are seeking an experience Legal Partner specialising in corporate law to join their team in the Manchester office
.
This role pays a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex domestic and cross-border transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements
- Coordinate with regulatory, tax, employment, and other specialist teams
- Holiday Pay
- Maternity and Paternity leave
- Pension Plan
