Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Manchester (Hybrid – initial training on-site)

Contract: 3–6 months FTC

An established legal services provider within the residential property sector is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team on a fixed-term basis.

The role will focus on residential conveyancing matters, with a particular emphasis on mortgage-related issues
, including arrears and repossessions
. This is a hybrid position, requiring full office attendance for the first two weeks for training, followed by two days per week in the Manchester office
.

• Supporting residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Handling matters involving mortgage arrears, repossessions, and related lender requirements
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties to progress files efficiently
• Drafting and reviewing standard conveyancing documentation
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and procedural requirements

• Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
• Strong exposure to mortgage-related matters, including arrears and repossessions
• Ability to manage files efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up following initial training
