A fantastic opportunity has come up for a qualified solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join a Legal 500 ranked, highly regarded real estate team in Manchester. This firm has a strong reputation in the residential development space, acting for major national house builders and well‑known regional developers. With continued growth across their development offering, they're now looking to add a motivated junior lawyer to their plot sales and development team.

You'll be joining a busy, well‑structured team where you'll take on real responsibility from the outset. Work will include:

• Running your own caseload of plot sales from instruction to completion
• Assisting with site set‑ups
  , infrastructure agreements, and wider development documentation
• Liaising with developers, buyers' solicitors, agents, and lenders to keep transactions moving
• Supporting senior lawyers on broader residential development matters as your experience grows
