• Handling your own caseload across DA and non-DA fraud and causation matters (approx. 80/20 split)
• Complying with SLAs, court deadlines, and procedural rules (CPR)
• Carrying out advocacy work on applications and case management conferences
• Identifying fraudulent activity and liaising with intelligence analysts
• Advising insurer clients with precision and professionalism
• Updating MI reports and managing databases
• Negotiating with solicitors, clients, and insurers
• Keeping your legal expertise razor-sharp through training and development

• Hands-on experience managing a varied litigation caseload
• Knowledge of personal injury law—defendant experience preferred
• Strong insurance sector insight
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to think creatively under pressure
• Confident communicator, capable of public speaking and advocacy
• Proficient in case management systems and legal documentation
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and an exceptional team player
