The Role:

Immediate vacancies exist within Property Finance at Associate and Senior Associate Levels.

• You will be acting for a range of clients including several banks, various lenders and commercial borrowers.
• The team is instructed on major projects, developments and syndicated facilities.
• Mainstream instructions include securitisation, commercial mortgages and loan transfers etc.
• You will have the opportunity to be engaged in a full range of transactions, which will involve you managing your own caseload with plenty of client contact, whilst assisting more experienced colleagues on major projects.
