Recruitment Solutions (NW) LTD are currently partnered with one of our clients, finding someone who will be responsible for the end to end management of their legal function. Based out of their Head Office in Manchester you will working to support a group of companies with a combined turnover of £200m+. As Legal Director you will take responsibility and control of all Legal Matters – relating to Contract Management / People and Property.

You will need to be a character that will want to work in a fast paced – challenging and rewarding role and business – it is a cliché but truly no 2 days will be the same!!

• Take responsibility and control of all legal matters relating to contract management, people and property for the group.
• Advise CEO and Directors and the wider business; keep up to date with new areas of law.
• Manage and prioritise a variable workload; review legal compliance including contract drafting and reviewing.
• Update Group Company Policy and train Managers across the Group.

• Qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate.
• Proven experience across Commercial and Dispute Resolution; track record of defending and winning claims.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workload.
• Strong up-to-date knowledge of law relevant to the role.

• Annual Salary ranging from £70,000 – £90,000 depending on experience.
• Annual performance related bonus / profit share and salary review.
