Legal Cashier
South Manchester
£ Negotiable
An experienced Legal Cashier is required to join a high street law firm based in South Manchester.
The Legal Cashier will work as part of a team supporting with all aspects of legal accounts and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Day to day cashiering and processing transactions
- Client and office account
- Bank Reconciliations
- Monitoring emails and workflow management
- Conveyancing completions
- Responding to enquiries and resolving queries
- Banking and recording cheques
- Posting staff expenses
- Liaising with team
- General administrative duties
- Prior Legal Accounts/Cashier/Billing/Finance experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and finance systems
- Up to date knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
