THE ROLE & TEAM
We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Executive to join our growing and busy Home Ownership team ning an established team, you will provide excellent support to a range of clients across local authorities and housing associations. Working in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will manage their own workload as well as supporting others in the team when required.
The Home Ownership team provides a range of services to our clients including shared ownership, freehold and leasehold sales amongst other general property transactions.
This role can be based in either our Liverpool or Manchester office. We offer hybrid working to ensure work life balance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with home ownership matters
- Conduct title checks and provide updates and reports to clients
- Provide excellent and timely client service
- Time record accurately
- Build and maintain effective client relationships
- Acting on behalf of registered providers on matters from instruction to completion including; disposals, auction sales, right to buy and right to acquire, interim and final staircasing, licence to assign, surrender and regrants, buy-backs, deed of variations, repossessions and other related transactions
- Conduct title checks
- Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Support members of the team on a wide range of property matters
- Prepare bills in a timely manner and deal with all financial aspects of files
- Ensure accurate file management, maintaining strict compliance with the firm’s procedures
- Maintaining professional standards at all times and wherever possible, promoting and encouraging the Firm’s strategy and brand
- 2+ years of relevant conveyancing experience
- Strong organisational, communication, technical and IT skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and can-do attitude
- Adaptable and eager to embrace new challenges
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Inquisitive and solution focused
- Maintaining professional standards at all times and wherever possible, promoting and encouraging the Firm’s strategy and brand
