Are you an ambitious Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (5+ PQE) ready to take the next step in your career? A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is continuing to invest in its Commercial Real Estate practice and is seeking a talented and personable lawyer to join its growing Manchester office.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates at Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level, offering high-quality work, real autonomy, and a clear pathway for progression within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

You will play a key role within a well-established and highly respected Commercial Real Estate team, working closely with partners and enjoying early responsibility and client exposure.

Your work will include:

• Leading and managing high-value commercial property transactions for a diverse client base
• Advising on a broad range of matters including development projects, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment property and complex commercial transactions
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and contributing to repeat instructions
• Supporting the growth and development of a sub-team, with the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers
• Working closely with partners on strategic initiatives and the continued expansion of the Manchester practice
• Actively participating in business development, networking and profile-raising, with strong internal support and resources

You will be:

• 5+ years PQE with solid experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Confident running matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Commercially astute, pragmatic, and solutions-focused
• Strong in client-facing work, with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly
• Interested in business development and growing your own and the firm’s client relationships
• Motivated by progression, responsibility, and being part of a firm with long-term ambitions
