Qualified Solicitor - Financial Litigation

Were working with a rapidly growing law firm based in Manchester, specialising in consumer financial litigation. The firm represents individuals in high-profile claims against lenders and financial institutions, including Plevin/PPI, motor finance, and secret commission claims.

This is a great opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about achieving justice for consumers.

Manage a litigated caseload independently across Small Track, Fast Track, and Multi Track claims.

Draft pleadings, witness statements, skeleton arguments, and settlement proposals.

Prepare trial bundles and ensure all cases are trial-ready.

Pursue disclosure and analyse complex financial documentation.

Supervise and support paralegals and junior team members.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care.

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 3 years PQE.

Experience in consumer, contract, or financial litigation.

Proven ability to manage a litigated caseload to a high standard.

Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
