With Legal 500 recognition and recent shortlisting at the North West Deal makers Awards, the firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Corporate Solicitor or Partner to strengthen its expanding Manchester practice, driven by organic growth and recent client wins.

The role will involve a broad range of high-quality corporate work, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters.

You will play a pivotal role working closely with lead Partners, developing and servicing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of both the corporate team and the wider firm at an exciting stage of its development.
