We are now looking to grow our Corporate team and are hiring an experienced solicitor (4‑8 years PQE) to add expertise to this department.

• Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures.
• Providing high‑quality legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

To be successful in applying for this role you must possess excellent client‑care skills and be technically strong with an eye for detail. Reliability, organisation, the ability to work in a busy environment, and strong time‑management and interpersonal skills are also essential.
