This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to gain experience working on international arbitration matters. As well as this, you will work on:

• Commercial contract disputes
• The Civil Procedure Rules
• Sale of business disputes including fraud, indemnity and breach of warranty
• Shareholder disputes
• Partnership and joint venture disputes
• Enforcement of restrictive covenants
• Injunctions
• High-value complex settlement agreements
• Cross-border litigation

• 1-3 years PQE within Commercial Litigation law
• Strong academics
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative attitude and can work well in a team
