About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to gain experience working on international arbitration matters. As well as this, you will work on:
- Commercial contract disputes
- The Civil Procedure Rules
- Sale of business disputes including fraud, indemnity and breach of warranty
- Shareholder disputes
- Partnership and joint venture disputes
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Injunctions
- High-value complex settlement agreements
- Cross-border litigation
- 1-3 years PQE within Commercial Litigation law
- Strong academics
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative attitude and can work well in a team
