Litigation Solicitor

We’re partnering with a leading claimant-focused litigation practice seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding disputes team in Manchester. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-profile, complex group litigation, often with an international element, alongside lawyers recognised as leaders in this field.

Prior group litigation experience is not required. The firm values strong litigation fundamentals, sound judgment, and a genuine appetite for complex, long-running cases over specific sector experience.

You’ll be given early responsibility, meaningful exposure to strategic decision-making, and the chance to work on matters that are truly market-leading.

• Managing complex, multi-party litigation from start to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, applications, evidence, and correspondence
• Handling large volumes of documents and intricate factual issues
• Liaising with clients, counsel, experts, and other stakeholders
• Contributing to case strategy and supporting wider team initiatives

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–8 years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or related contentious work
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills
• Comfortable navigating complex matters with evolving strategy
• Proactive, resilient, and genuinely interested in high-stakes litigation
