Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an exceptional Professional Support Lawyer to join their Real Estate practice. This strategic role combines deep legal expertise with innovation and thought leadership to drive excellence in legal service delivery and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Professional Development & Mentorship
  • Design and deliver bespoke training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Provide strategic mentorship to lawyers at all levels, fostering innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with practice group leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored programs
  • Offer individual coaching on complex legal matters and professional development
Knowledge Management
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy
  • Drive creation of cutting‑edge knowledge resources, including AI tools and legal databases
  • Review, update, and maintain the team's precedent bank
  • Develop standardised, high‑quality precedent documents for key work streams
Technology & Innovation
  • Lead assessment and implementation of document automation and AI technologies
  • Streamline legal workflows and improve efficiency across practice areas
  • Collaborate with technology partners to optimise solutions for the firm's specific needs
Strategic Legal Research
  • Conduct research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks in Real Estate
  • Provide actionable insights to inform firm‑wide strategy
  • Anticipate future legal developments and advise on growth opportunities
Thought Leadership & Client Engagement
  • Create white papers, industry reports, and client briefings
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
  • Develop and execute client relationship management strategies
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
  • Proven expertise in real estate practice
  • Extensive experience in knowledge management, precedent drafting, and document automation
  • Strong background in AI integration and technology innovation
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent leadership and influencing abilities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
