Solicitor, Legal Counsel

An established Legal 500 firm are expanding their highly regarded housing litigation team in Manchester and seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor (or equivalent) to join their growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a housing law specialist looking to work on meaningful litigation while progressing their career within a supportive and ambitious team.

In this role you will be working on a varied and high quality caseload, advising and representing social housing providers across England. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues, handling complex matters, including:

• Environmental Protection Act prosecutions
• Possession proceedings

You will be a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with existing expertise in housing litigation and be enthusiastic about this area of law.
