Play a pivotal role in shaping this leading private client practice

A nationally respected law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Manchester team at Senior Associate or Partner level
. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior role advising on high-value, technically complex matters while helping to drive the strategic growth of the practice.

• Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners and trustees
• Handle complex matters including:
• Succession planning and inheritance tax mitigation
• Wealth protection and estate planning
• Trust and estate administration
• Capital gains tax and charity advisory work
• Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to team development
• Play an active role in client relationship management and business development
• Optional involvement in contentious probate and international/cross-border planning

• Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in private client law
• Strong technical expertise across wills, trusts, IHT, CGT and estate planning
• STEP qualification (or progress towards it) preferred
• Experience advising HNW clients with professionalism and discretion
• Ambitious and capable of contributing to the strategic growth of the practice
