The real estate team in Manchesteract for clients throughout the UK and internationally including landowners, landlord and tenants, occupiers, contractors, developers, and funders across the telecommunications, local and central government, corporate, education, retail, and financial services sectors.

• Asset management
• Portfolio management
• Investment matters
• Corporate Occupier work

This work will be across a range of sectors for some blue-chip occupier clients.

This position is ideally suited to real estate lawyers with some experience - ideally at least a seat in a training contract. The team is particularly interested in someone with corporate occupier experience, Ideally candidates will have the following attributes;

• A solid academic background
• Technical knowledge and commercial acumen appropriate to their level
• Excellent communication skills
• An interest in developing and investing in their clients skills.
