• Manage a technically challenging caseload, including:
• Complex property damage claims (fire, flood, construction, environmental, chemical)
• Subrogated recovery actions and coverage disputes
• General liability and insurance litigation
• Collaborate with colleagues across Manchester, Birmingham, and London offices.
• Contribute to wider commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes.

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1+ years’ PQE
• Experience in property damage, insurance litigation, recoveries, or commercial litigation
• Strong skills in legal drafting, analysis, and client communication
• Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated to grow with the team

• Competitive salary up to £60,000, depending on experience
