• Develop and execute a strategic plan for expanding the department, focusing on new business generation and cross-border cases.
• Leverage technology and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and improve client service delivery.
• Act as a thought leader within the firm, championing advancements in legal tech and client care practices.
• Provide top-tier legal advice in high-value, complex contested probate cases, including those with international dimensions.
• Utilise your existing client following to enhance the firm’s client portfolio and revenue streams.
• Maintain the highest standard of client satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
• Drive team productivity through effective delegation, feedback, and professional development initiatives.
• Manage the department’s resources and ensure high standards in legal services and compliance.

• 10+ years of PQE in contentious probate.
• Proven client following with a history of generating and sustaining new business.
• Experience in cross-border and international probate matters.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Technology-savvy with a keen interest in leveraging legal tech to enhance departmental operations and client service.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
