The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Solicitor (4+ years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on matters with real-world impact, supporting innovative product launches, navigating global consumer regulations, and helping businesses manage legal risk in fast-evolving markets.

• Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters.
• Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Working on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues.
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

• A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial law matters.
• A strong track record of advising on complex commercial matters.
• A proactive and commercially-minded approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing their own workload.
