• Manage your own caseload in catastrophic injury claims, including brain, spinal injury, and amputation cases.
• Desk at the outset and remain closely involved throughout the duration of each case.
• Instruct appropriate medical experts, handle disclosure, proof witnesses, and prepare well‑structured witness statements.
• Attend conferences with clients, leading counsel, MDT and pathfinder meetings, and maintain frequent client and family contact.

• Prior experience and expertise working on high‑severity claims such as brain, spinal injury, and amputation cases.
• Background in handling high‑volume casework and managing own caseload effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear witness statements and provide detailed litigation support.

• Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office (must live a reasonable distance to commute).
• 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
• 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days annually.
