We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Associate to join our growing Trade Marks team. This role offers the chance to work with fast‑growing UK and international businesses across a wide range of industries, supporting them to protect, manage and enforce their brand assets.

You will play a key role in providing practical, business‑focused advice to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated trade mark lawyer who enjoys autonomy, client interaction and fast‑paced work, without the constraints of traditional private practice.

• Manage UK and international trade mark portfolios from filing to registration.
• Prepare and prosecute trade mark applications.
• Handle trade mark oppositions, cancellations and infringement matters.
• Draft cease‑and‑desist correspondence and settlement agreements.
• Conduct trade mark clearance searches and advise on filing strategies.
• Assist clients with brand protection, IP strategy and enforcement.
• Work closely with commercial and litigation colleagues where required.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a first‑class client experience.

• English qualified with 2‑5 PQE of local experience assisting commercial clients in a variety of trade mark matters, including filings, prosecution and oppositions. Additional experience and/or qualifications in designs, EU intellectual property law, and copyright will be highly regarded.
