A highly regarded Top Legal 500 law firm is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor (2–6 years PQE) to join its established and thriving Real Estate team in Central Manchester. You will handle a high‑quality caseload of residential property matters while working alongside a strong and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a department that continues to grow its reputation for technical excellence and client service.

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Complex or high‑value residential property matters (depending on PQE level)
• Liaising with developers, lenders, estate agents, and private clients
• Managing files independently with appropriate supervision
• Supporting junior team members where necessary

We are keen to speak with confident, motivated Residential Property Solicitors with strong technical skills and a proactive approach to client care.

• 2–6 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• A meticulous eye for detail and ability to work efficiently
• A team‑first mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment

• Hybrid working
  : 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
