The national real estate team, one of the largest in the UK, serves a diverse client base, including commercial and public sector clients. Instructions cover all property transaction types, such as Landlord & Tenant, Sales & Purchase, Property Management, Property Finance, Development, and Environmental issues. There are opportunities to specialize further and participate in in-house secondments.

The team fosters a positive, energetic, and vibrant culture. Many partners are recognized experts, attracting sought-after clients. You will receive excellent mentoring and career guidance, working closely with clients throughout transactions and projects. Collaboration across departments is common, especially on large projects or client development initiatives, involving colleagues from corporate, litigation, construction, planning, and environmental teams.

The role is suitable for a high-caliber NQ or recently qualified solicitor with experience in real estate and commercial property transactions.
