Senior EL/PL Solicitor – Manchester – Up to £80,000 salary

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious and highly selective national Defendant EL/PL team based in Manchester. This department is recognised for handling complex, high-value, and often sensitive claims for a premium client base, including major insurers and large corporates. As a Senior Associate, you will manage a high-quality caseload of multi-track EL/PL claims and work alongside Partners on catastrophic injury and large loss matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical litigation, client engagement, and team development. The position comes with strategic visibility and opportunities to contribute to business development in a high-performing national practice.

• Solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience or equivalent
• Proven experience in Defendant EL/PL litigation, ideally with multi-track or large loss expertise
• Commercially aware with a strong interest in client relationship management
• Team player with leadership potential and mentoring ability
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• Up to £80,000 salary (depending on experience)
• 28 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and option to buy/sell
