Commercial Account Handler

Commercial Account Handler - Leeds City Centre (Hybrid Working) We are currently working with a leading, well-established insurance broker who is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their Leeds city centre team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly client-focused business that prides itself on delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Account Executives with the servicing and retention of long-standing commercial clients.

The role will include:
Managing the day-to-day servicing of allocated commercial client accounts Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and insurers Acting as the first point of contact for client and insurer enquiries Handling a varied portfolio with premiums ranging from £10,000 to £200,000 Broking new business and renewals, preparing presentations, and assisting with technical queries Using the Acturis system daily for all administrative and servicing tasks

About you:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance Commercial knowledge, including Property Owners, Fleet and Liabilities Experience handling premiums of £10,000 Good understanding of insurer markets; existing underwriter relationships desirable Confident, proactive, and able to think creatively to solve problems Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail What’s on offer:
