Up to £30,000 excellent benefits We are delighted to be supporting a leading Chartered Insurance Broker that has recently undergone exciting developments, creating an excellent opportunity for a Schemes Account Handler to join their team in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment where you'll provide tailored insurance solutions to property based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, delivering outstanding customer service. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their insurance needs and identifying opportunities to enhance cover. Process new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and compliant client records. Liaise with insurers to ensure policies meet client requirements and secure favourable terms where possible. Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and company compliance policies, keeping up to date with regulatory changes.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver seamless client support, sharing knowledge and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in insurance, either with personal lines or commercial risks is desired A basic understanding of insurance products and market practices. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems. Awareness of FCA regulations and industry compliance requirements. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Confident verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and offer practical solutions. Analytical skills to support renewals and related administrative processes. Progress toward (or willingness to pursue) CII qualifications, with full support provided by the business.
Experience with Acturis is desirable, though full training will be offered. What’s on
