You won’t just be servicing accounts—you’ll be managing a portfolio of complex corporate commercial clients, working closely with Account Directors and Executives to deliver outstanding insurance programmes. You’ll be the first point of contact for cover queries, MTAs, new business quotations, technical support and everything in between… but with the seniority and authority to genuinely drive outcomes. Better yet, you’ll be broking directly to market, negotiating with insurers, influencing terms, and shaping insurance solutions that genuinely meet your clients’ demands and needs.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
Managing more complex corporate commercial accounts with confidence and autonomy. Negotiating effectively with insurers to secure the best possible terms and outcomes. Broking to market in line with the firm’s strategy and broking matrix. Building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and insurers. Advising clients on existing products and identifying opportunities to add value. Handling product queries quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Supporting other brokers with technical questions when needed. Assisting with internal technical audits and ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant. Managing MTAs, renewals, new business quotations, and policy issue. Staying on top of market trends, products, and developments. Maintaining your technical insurance knowledge and CPD with enthusiasm. Completing all administration in line with FCA and company procedures. Always treating customers fairly and putting their needs at the centre of what you do.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll already have strong experience within commercial insurance—ideally handling corporate or complex accounts—and you’ll thrive in a role that blends relationship management, negotiation, technical knowledge, and hands-on broking. You’re organised, proactive, commercially aware, and able to manage your time and workload without hand-holding. You’re the type of broker who can pick up a complex case, understand it quickly, and drive it forward effectively.
