Summary:

This newly created role is ideal for someone with a motor claims background who enjoys the analytical side of work and wants to progress into MI and reporting. You’ll support the claims managers by taking ownership of internal reporting, producing clear, accurate data insights and helping improve operational efficiency. It’s a great opportunity to step into a more analytical path while still working closely with the wider claims team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce MI and internal reports: develop analytical skills and support operational decision-making
• Collaborate with claims managers: free up their time by taking ownership of reporting processes
• Work across teams within the claims function: gain broad exposure to the department
• Analyse trends and performance data: identify improvements and maintain accuracy
• Use internal systems (training provided): grow technical capability in a supportive environment Requirements:
• Background in motor claims handling or coordination
• Interest in MI, reporting, or data-focused work
• Confident with systems, data accuracy and clear communication
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
