* Minimum of 2 years Property Insurance Underwriting experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills - articulate and influential
* Able to work independently under their own initiative and as a part of a close-knit team
* Highly analytical with excellent logic and critical thinking skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize efficiently
* Strong work ethic with an ability to operate effectively under pressure
* Flexible approach and ability to recognize and adapt to changing business requirements
* Strong numeracy and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Confident and self-driven and enjoy working to deadlines and targets
