As an Account Handler, you’ll be the trusted partner for some of the most exciting clients in the industry, managing complex commercial insurance portfolios and delivering solutions that make a real difference. You’ll combine technical expertise with outstanding client service, ensuring every interaction builds confidence and strengthens relationships.

• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to grow and retain accounts.
• Managing new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments with exceptional service.
• Preparing reports to support Account Executives on new and renewal business.
• Cross-selling relevant cover to existing clients.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and internal systems.
• Issuing invoices promptly and managing credit control.

• Extensive experience across commercial insurance products
• Cert CII qualification
• A good working knowledge of Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Motor Trade, Personal Accident and Motor Fleet risks is required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Acturis experience is a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
