About

The Role

This is your chance to join a fast-growing team at the heart of the Entertainment, Media & Sport sector. As an Account Handler, you’ll be the trusted partner for some of the most exciting clients in the industry, managing complex commercial insurance portfolios and delivering solutions that make a real difference. You’ll combine technical expertise with outstanding client service, ensuring every interaction builds confidence and strengthens relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to grow and retain accounts.
  • Managing new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments with exceptional service.
  • Preparing reports to support Account Executives on new and renewal business.
  • Cross-selling relevant cover to existing clients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and internal systems.
  • Issuing invoices promptly and managing credit control.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience across commercial insurance products
  • Cert CII qualification
  • A good working knowledge of Property, Liability, Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Motor Trade, Personal Accident and Motor Fleet risks is required
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
    Acturis experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
