Intact Insurance, a rebranded RSA operating across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, seeks a Casualty Claims Handler to join our established Claims Expenses team on a hybrid basis. Your role will advance casualty claims to closure while delivering the highest service standards.

As a Casualty Claims Handler, you will investigate and advance casualty claims promptly, ensuring customers, brokers, third parties, and claimants are supported throughout the claims journey using agreed processes and case laws. You will impart technical knowledge to resolve queries, conveying decisions and imparting knowledge to others.

• Experience working with Casualty Claims, Employer Liability, and Public Liability, preferably in an insurance or legal background.
• Experience in complex claims or liability disputes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritisation skills handling multiple priorities.
