Senior Claims Adjuster

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join a leading global insurer’s Property Claims team. This role, based in Manchester, offers the chance to work on complex, high-value claims for both UK and international clients. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of property claims management in the UK while making a real impact on a growing and dynamic team.

• Take ownership of a caseload of large and/or complex claims, with a focus on international coverage matters.
• Oversee outsourced services and ensure accurate financial reporting and claims records.
• Act as the key contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across all parties.
• Represent the company in market meetings, seminars, and internal claims discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, including TPAs, panel lawyers, and adjusters.

• Extensive experience in handling complex, multi-jurisdictional property claims (primary and excess layers).
• Proven leadership in guiding and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of London Market processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A high level of accountability and a strong work ethic.
