The Role
As Senior Project Manager you’ll own the day-to-day delivery of multiple concurrent integration projects, ensuring they are scoped, planned, and executed to the highest standard.
Working closely with the Systems Integrations Manager, development teams, and stakeholders across the business, you’ll coordinate activity, manage timelines, and keep all parties aligned. This role is ideal for someone with a structured mindset, exceptional organisational skills, and the confidence to take ownership from planning to go-live.
Five years of experience in project management is desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are consistently met
- Define project goals, scope, and success metrics in close collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining proactive communication
- Provide clear, consistent updates and documentation to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project
- Support the development of business cases, project roadmaps, and post-implementation reviews
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across project teams
- Encourage the adoption of structured delivery methods such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches where appropriate
- Proven experience delivering technology or systems integration projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, as well as ERP or WMS systems is desirable
- Choice of Mac or Windows laptop with dual-screen setup
