Onsite IT Support Engineer

Onsite IT Support (1 st Line) Manchester Our client is a Global Professional Services firm looking to an onsite IT Support professional to join their Manchester office. You will be providing day to day support on a range of IT issues to onsite users. You will be assisting end users with support on a number of applications and setting up, configuring and troubleshooting desktop, printer and mobile devices, in addition to performing regular routine maintenance.

You will also have the opportunity of working on projects with the wider Technology Teams. The Manchester site is one of a Global network of offices and our client is acknowledged as one of the largest in their sector. This is a front facing role and so in addition to experience in end user IT Support in a commercial environment, excellent customer and communication skills are vital .
