We’re looking for a results‑driven, proactive, and strategic Technical Recruiter to join our high‑impact Talent Acquisition team—focusing on scaling our technical teams across York, Manchester and London, with a strong emphasis on key engineering, product, and technical delivery functions.
You’ll need to be based within commutable distance of our Manchester office, this role is hybrid working.

You'll work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where your ability to move quickly, deliver consistently, and build strong candidate pipelines will shape the future of our engineering capabilities.

Your Impact
  • Deliver Excellence. Own Execution. Drive Results: Manage 15-18 technical requisitions end‑to‑end, spanning Engineering, Product, Data, and Infrastructure and more, partnering with tech leads and hiring managers to consistently deliver top‑tier talent.
  • Strategic Talent Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Product leadership, consulting on hiring needs, market availability, and scalable solutions that meet long‑term growth goals.
  • Sourcing Strategist: Build robust pipelines through targeted sourcing campaigns across EMEA, leveraging talent mapping, boolean search, niche platforms, and direct outreach to uncover passive technical talent
  • Process Champion: Run efficient, high‑quality hiring processes from intake to offer, ensuring a world‑class candidate experience and minimal time‑to‑hire without compromising on quality.
  • Data‑First Mindset: Track and optimise pipeline metrics using Greenhouse and reporting tools, presenting insights and advising stakeholders on how to unblock and improve hiring performance.
  • Brand Advocate: Support employer branding initiatives in the tech space—especially across UK by contributing to community events, digital campaigns, and candidate engagement efforts.
Your Experience
  • Proven Technical Recruiting Expertise: Deep experience hiring across Engineering, Dev Ops, Data, and Product in fast‑paced SaaS, tech, or scale‑up environments.
  • ATS Fluency: Skilled in Greenhouse (or equivalent) and confident using data to influence decisions and improve recruitment delivery.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: You know how to build credibility quickly with senior tech leaders, balancing urgency with thoughtfulness.
  • Sourcing Specialist: Comfortable with hard‑to‑fill technical roles and experienced in creatively finding talent beyond Linked In.
  • Process‑Oriented & Delivery‑Focused: You thrive in delivery roles—where operational rigor, prioritisation, and follow‑through are key to your success.
