Jolie Beauty is a fast-growing, independent cosmetics brand. In this role, you will operate at the centre of our growth strategy, managing paid acquisition, lifecycle revenue and on‑site optimisation. We are looking for someone ambitious, analytical and commercially driven. If you are motivated by measurable results and want real responsibility, this role offers genuine ownership and progression as the company scales.
This is not an agency or freelance role – it is a work‑from‑home, remote role for a UK candidate.
Paid Media (Primary Focus)- Confidently manage Meta Ads Manager end‑to‑end without supervision
- Structure full‑funnel campaigns across cold, warm and segmented retargeting
- Implement and maintain a clear weekly testing framework (creative, audiences, offers)
- Scale profitable campaigns responsibly and decisively
- Manage substantial monthly budgets and optimise for ROAS, CPA and CAC
- Adapt campaign structure and creative strategy between UK, USA and EU markets
- Clearly explain your optimisation logic and scaling decisions
- Build structured launch email sequences that convert
- Optimise automated flows (abandoned cart, browse, welcome, post‑purchase)
- Segment audiences effectively to increase revenue per send
- Align lifecycle campaigns with paid acquisition pushes
- Use SMS and push notifications strategically
- Treat retention channels as revenue drivers, not just communication tools
- Build and optimise campaign landing pages in Shopify
- Improve product page conversion rate through structured testing
- Increase AOV through bundling and offer architecture
- Identify UX friction impacting conversion, especially on mobile
- Analyse funnel drop‑off and implement improvements
- Use behavioural and performance data to inform on‑site changes
- Suggest practical UX improvements that drive measurable uplift
You are not expected to redesign the website from scratch, but you should be able to diagnose and improve the commercial user journey.
Commercial SEO & Site Structure- Conduct commercial keyword research to inform product and collection structure
- Map search intent to collections and evergreen landing pages
- Optimise PDPs and collection pages for discoverability
- Improve internal linking and on‑site content organisation
- Use search demand insights to inform paid and campaign strategy
- Define asset requirements across paid, email and on‑site
- Coordinate creative production efficiently
- Ensure UK and USA campaigns are commercially aligned
- Operate independently without constant direction
- 3+ years hands‑on paid performance experience in DTC e‑commerce
- Proven experience managing and scaling substantial Meta budgets
- A structured testing framework you can clearly explain
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions
- Shopify confidence (landing pages, merchandising, promotional structure)
- Experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend or similar
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, founder‑led scale‑up
