This is a high-opportunity, high-expectation environment where you can focus on either:

• Desk 2: GTM (Account Execs into SaaS & AI)

With no expectation of BD, you'll be focused purely on headhunting niche engineers or GTM talent for SaaS & AI companies, expertly building credible talent pools, managing processes end-to-end, working directly with Founders on hiring strategy and using a modern tech stack & AI to source creatively.

• Have at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Have placed engineers, product professionals or commercial hires into Software or SaaS environments.
• Be comfortable working US-aligned hours (with full autonomy & flexibility on start/ finish times).
