Workday Lead

Workday Lead (Financials, HCM & Payroll)

We are supporting a requirement for an experienced Workday Lead to take ownership of a live Workday landscape covering Financials, HCM and Payroll
. The platform is already implemented, with a strong pipeline of additional project and enhancement work to deliver.

The successful candidate will operate as the Functional Lead / Architect
, providing cross-module oversight, leading work streams, and ensuring cohesive end-to-end solution design across Financials, HCM and Payroll.

• Own functional architecture across Workday Financials, HCM and Payroll

• Provide cross-workstream design leadership and governance

• Lead ongoing enhancements and transformation initiatives

• Ensure best practice configuration, scalability and optimisation

• Act as the senior Workday SME for business stakeholders

• Strong Workday experience across Financials, HCM and Payroll

• Proven background as a Functional Lead, Architect, or Workstream Lead

• End-to-end implementation and post-go-live optimisation experience

• Ability to operate strategically across Finance and HR functions

• Primarily remote with occasional travel to London

• Open to permanent or contract candidates
