Solutions Consultant

My client is recruiting for a Microsoft AI Solutions Consultant, you will lead the design, delivery, and adoption of AI-driven business solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage Microsoft AI tools to solve complex challenges and drive innovation.

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI-driven solutions using Microsoft technologies (Azure AI, Co-pilot Studio, Power Platform AI Builder).
• Translate business challenges into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Guide clients in selecting and adopting the right Microsoft AI tools.
• Deliver demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution value.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, solutioning, and presentations.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants within the practice.
• Ensure operational excellence and contribute to practice development.

• 8+ years in consulting, product, or technical Microsoft advisory roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Microsoft-based AI or data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI services, Power Platform, Microsoft Co-pilot, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills; able to bridge business and technical domains.
• Leadership experience: managing client relationships, mentoring teams, and delivering impactful workshops/presentations.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
• UK Government security clearance (SC) is preferred.

This is a hybrid role paying up to £88K plus 10% bonus.
